Handle the day-to-day administrative duties in the company
Provide general office administration support
Prepare business presentation PowerPoint, documents and spreadsheets for Management and maintain a Filing Record System
Handle phone calls, business correspondence and general contract management
Reception duties for the office, including answering calls in a professional and timely manner, passing on accurate messages
Perform any other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance & Accountancy.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and strong English
